Colleague Morale is Key to your Business

Psychologist Dr Vicky Williamson also said: “A completely silent work environment can lack stimulation, interest and, for many people, a dynamic and creative source of energy.” She continued, “Music provides an effective and adaptable tool for bringing a sense of pleasure and relaxation to the work environment, thereby promoting a positive attitude, higher job satisfaction and boosting a sense of brand identity and loyalty.”

The Range

WELCOME TO KVH STUDIOS: The Range

KVH Studios are excited to announce we are now providing in-store radio to The Range, across their full estate of stores in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

From opening their first store in 1989, on Billacombe Road, Plymouth, The Range is now the fastest growing retailer in the UK. With over 175 stores nationwide, they stock more than 65,000 products across 16 different departments, from Homewares and Furniture to DIY and Art Supplies. Their ethos has always been to bring their customers great quality products at the most competitive prices, drawing together everything you need for a beautiful home.

The brand was looking for a new in-store radio supplier with a better quality and choice of music and the ability to consolidate suppliers through management of their in-store creative advertising as part of the service. In addition to this, they required a more creative/strategic approach to their audio marketing led by their provider.

KVH Studios were successful in demonstrating our ability to meet these requirements, plus more, through free trialing of our service in selected stores. Following this, we rolled out the KVH Media Player to each of their stores via remote installation for ease and efficiency, plus ensuring no costs were incurred in transitioning suppliers.

We provide customer profiled music and creative messaging, including branding and advertising, to The Range in line with their marketing strategy and are thrilled to be working with them as an extension of their marketing team. We look forward to supporting them with their objectives through the power of in-store radio and developing the service as the brand progresses.
