Your dedicated Account Manager, alongside our technical support team, will ensure your service is broadcasting as required and any equipment issues are dealt with efficiently to decrease downtime. As and when technical developments are made, we seek to upgrade and update your technology to ensure you’re always benefitting from new capabilities and cost savings where possible.
Our team of qualified AV technical engineers are ready to take your call when you need support and assistance with your audio or visual systems. With no automated services, you can speak directly to an engineer who can diagnose the issue at your site and help get your service back up and running quickly. Should an engineer visit be required, our nationwide team provide full maintenance and replacement of any PA system and screen equipment. All calls and emails are logged on our ticketing system which provides automated updates on your issue as it progresses.
Our dedicated team of qualified AV technicians provide nationwide coverage of the UK and Ireland down to the remotest of areas for all maintenance requirements. Each engineer is regularly trained to ensure they are kept up to date with all current safety standards and are IPAF/CSCS/SAFE/CHAS/ISO9001/ISO14001 qualified. All equipment that we supply is sourced specifically for your project, meets with the strict regulations, and hold warranties as standard. Maintenance cover options are also available following these warranty periods.
